Remote Support

We have just added  remote support as a service offering to our customers.  Now we have the ability to repair most software type issues without physically touching your computer.  Just send us a request for service using the CONTACT US tab on the home page. We will then notify you of a support ticket code that will allow us to remotely connect to your computer.

 

You will be able to watch what we do, or of course, you can just turn it over to us once we connect.

 

This service is cheaper than having us drive out to your home or business, but it does limit us to only software type issues ( viruses, malware, software setup / repair ).
